رئیس کمیته فرهنگی شورای شهر تهران پیشنهاد داد بخشی از مجموعه باغ کتاب به « علاقه مند کردن کودکان و نوجوانان به نوشتن» اختصاص یابد.
مجتبی شاکری در جریان جلسه امروز شورای شهر تهران که به صورت علنی در مجموعه باغ کتاب تهران برگزار شد، ضمن ابراز خرسندی از ایجاد چنین فضای فرهنگی مفرح، علمی و سنجیده ای در حوزه کتاب و ارزش نهادن بر جایگاه قلم، بهره برداری از باغ کتاب را آغازی برای پیوستن به دیگر حلقه ها برای هدفی بزرگ دانست و گفت: گرد هم آمدن ما در روز ادبیات کودک و نوجوان و نکوداشت مقام مهدی آذر یزدی در باب کتاب می تواند سرآغاز این پیام باشد که اگر این ظرفیت و زیرساخت ایجاد شده به درستی در مجموعه فرهنگ و هنر ما جانمایی شود، در آینده شاهد تاثیرگذاری آن در ساحت فرهنگ شهر و رفتار شهروندان خواهیم بود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: لازم است که نسبت باغ کتاب با مجموعه کتابخانه های سازمان فرهنگی و هنری شهرداری، کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان ، حوزه هنری و دیگر کتابخانه های عمومی شهر مشخص شود و حرکتی قرارگاهی تحت نظر هیئتی اندیشه ورز وضعیت بهره گیرندگان و مخاطبان کتاب با این فضا را در نگاهی رو به آینده تعریف کنند تا بتوانیم هم افزائی و نتیجه ملموس ایجاد این مجموعه فرهنگی را در رفتار آحاد جامعه شاهد باشیم.
شاکری با اشاره به برگزاری سی امین جشنواره بین المللی فیلمهای کودکان و نوجوانان اصفهان با تاکید بر آثار اقتباسی برگزیده ، نقش داستان نویسان صاحب اثر را در کمک به فیلمنامه اقتباسی ستود و بر مبنائی بودن اهمیت استفاده از باغ کتاب در زمینه تولید محتوای آثار نمایشی تاکید کرد و پیشنهاد داد: با توجه به عقب ماندگی کشور در زمینه تولید کتاب که ناشی از این است که فرهنگ ما بیش از اینکه نوشتاری باشد، شفاهی است، بخشی از باغ کتاب به علاقه مند کردن کودکان و نوجوانان به نویسندگی اختصاص یابد. فضاهای کارگاهی باغ کتاب و تالارهای متعدد نمایش آن می تواند در این هدف گذاری ایفای نقش کند.
رییس کمیته فرهنگی شورای شهر تهران در بخش دیگر سخنانش با اشاره به اینکه طی یک دوره 10 ساله فعالیت در «سیمافیلم» به بررسی آثار ادبی که قابلیت اقتباس تصویری برای تولید تله فیلم یا سریال داشته باشند، پرداخته است، گفت: در آن دوره حدود چهل هزار رمان و داستان اعم از داخلی، خارجی، بزرگسال و کودک و نوجوان بررسی شد که یک درصد از این تعداد یعنی حدود 400 اثر واجد قابلیت اقتباس برای تلویزیون شناخته شد و 200 اثر در اولویت قرار گرفت.
وی از فیلمنامه نویسان و کارگردانان آثار تصویری دعوت کرد از این گنجینه ارزشمند برای تولید آثار اقتباسی خود استفاده کنند و افزود: مدیریت شهری تهران نیز باید به سمتی برود که ایده ها وپیامهای مستقیم خود را با زبان نرم و زیبای هنر مطرح کند.
شاکری تاکید کرد: طبق محاسباتی که در کمیته فرهنگی شورای شهر تهران صورت گرفته، با توجه به اینکه ظرفیت انتقال پیام از طریق هنر در مخاطبان بسیار بالاست، استفاده از این قالب پرمخاطب و ارزان جایگزین روش های گذشته شود.
وی ابراز امیدواری کرد کلیه پیامهای رعایت حقوق شهروندی در زمینه حمل ونقل ، سالمندان ، کودکان ، محیط زیست و معلولان می تواند با نگاهی نو و زبان تاثیر گذار هنر به جامعه ارائه شود.
