رئیس کمیته فرهنگی شورای شهر تهران از شهرداری تهران درخواست کرد گزارش خود را در قالب هرگونه اقدام عملی در زمینه اجرای مصوبه مذکور در قالب لایحه، آیین نامه یا دستورالعمل و یا ایجاد ردیف بودجه که توسط شهرداری صورت گرفته، ارائه کند.
به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، مجتبی شاکری در جلسه غیر علنی شورای شهر تهران ضمن تبریک دهه کرامت و تقدیر از سازمان زیباسازی به خاطر تبلیغات محیطی نوآوری‌هایی که به منظور آذین شهر به مناسبت این ایام انجام داد، در عین حال توصیه کرد این سازمان نسبت به استفاده از تبلیغات گرانقیمت مراقبت بیشتری داشته باشد.
وی غیرت کیانوش رستمی و سهراب مرادی، وزنه برداران طلایی ایران در المپیک ریو و تقدیم مدالشان به شهدای مدافع حرم و رهبری را تحسین برانگیز توصیف کرد و گفت: رستم و سهراب امروز میادین ورزشی، بازنمای اسطوره واقعی قهرمانان فردوسی در شاهنامه‌اند.
رییس کمیته فرهنگی شورای شهر تهران در ادامه با بیان اینکه برابر مصوبه سال 84 مجلس که به نوعی شهرداری‌ها را مکلف به ارائه تسهیلات ازدواج برای جوانان کرده است، تمام دستگاه‌های دولتی، نهادهای عمومی و شهرداری‌های دارای تسهیلات رفاهی، فرهنگسرا و تالار، باشگاه و اردوگاه موظفند با هماهنگی کمیته سامان ازدواج، فضاهای مذکور را برای برگزاری جشن و مراسم ازدواج در اختیار زوج های واجد شرایط قرار دهند، گفت: اکنون با گذشت یازده سال از آن مصوبه، اقدام عملی توسط دستگاه‌های موظف صورت نگرفته و این در حالی است که آسیب‌های اجتماعی و اخلاقی و هزینه‌های ناشی از این آسیب‌ها در اثر اجرا نشدن این مصوبه قابل جبران نخواهد بود.
شاکری از شهرداری تهران درخواست کرد گزارش خود را در قالب هرگونه اقدام عملی در زمینه اجرای مصوبه مذکور در قالب لایحه، آیین نامه یا دستورالعمل و یا ایجاد ردیف بودجه که توسط شهرداری صورت گرفته، ارائه کند.
وی تاکید کرد: در صورت متوقف ماندن و عملیاتی نشدن این مصوبه، شهرداری تهران باید در راستای انتظار مقام معظم رهبری در تسهیل ازدواج جوانان و نیز عملیاتی کردن بند ف ماده 102 برنامه پنج ساله دوم، لایحه برنامه عملیاتی خود را به شورا ارائه کند.
شاکری خاطرنشان کرد: این تذکر به صورت مکتوب نیز به شهرداری تهران ارسال خواهد شد تا پاسخ مقتضی ارائه شود.
وی در ادامه سخنانش با طبل تو خالی دانستن برجام و ادامه داشتن ظالمانه تحریم‌ها خواستار اهتمام جدی دولت به جلوگیری از قاچاق شد و گفت: هر ساله متوسط بین 20تا 25 میلیارد دلار از سرمایه ارزی کشور صرف واردات کالای قاچاق شده که سم مهلک در فروپاشی به عنوان سازمان تولید کشور است و امیدوارم روزی فرا برسد که رسانه ها تصاویر به آتش کشیدن کالاهای قاچاق روی دریا یا در گمرک را منتشر کنند.
این عضو شورای شهر تهران با بیان اینکه مقام معظم رهبری مجوز امحاء محموله های قاچاق را صادر کرده اند، خطاب به دولت گفت: خشم تولید کنندگان و صنعتگران داخلی را با امحای کالای قاچاق تسلی دهید و همان گونه که مقام معظم رهبری حکم فرمودند آن ها را به آتش بکشید، توزیع نکنید.
